Project Overview
The reclaimed land in Taean had soil conditions severely affected by salinity and low fertility, making planting difficult. This project aimed to improve both salinity-related stress and soil structure so that the site could recover to a condition suitable for landscape tree planting.

- Confirmed recovery of degraded reclaimed soil grade
- Improved overall soil condition from "poor" to "good"
- Verified the potential to recover to around 80% of normal soil condition within two years
- Secured the foundation for landscape tree planting
Improvement in soil grade means more than a technical environmental change. It indicates that the soil was restored to a level where actual planting and use became possible. This project demonstrated that even reclaimed land can secure stable restoration outcomes and future land-use potential.
