Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the Code of Nature website, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Code of Nature (hereinafter the "Company") and users in relation to the use of the website (hereinafter the "Site"), including access to information, contact inquiries, job applications, and other related services.

Article 2 Definitions

The terms used in these Terms of Use shall have the following meanings.

1. Site

"Site" means the official website operated by the Company and all related services provided through it.

2. User

"User" means any person who accesses or uses the Site and the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Use, regardless of membership registration.

3. Service

"Service" means all functions provided by the Company through the Site, including company information, project information, insight content, contact inquiries, job application submission, and any related features.

4. Submitted Materials

"Submitted Materials" means all inquiry content, application documents, attachments, and other information created or submitted by a User while using the Site.

Article 3 Posting and Amendment of the Terms

The Company shall make these Terms of Use available on the Site so that Users may easily review them.

The Company may amend these Terms of Use to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations.

If the Company amends these Terms of Use, it shall announce the effective date and reason for the amendment on the Site before the amended Terms take effect.

If a User continues to use the Site after the effective date of the amended Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 Scope of Services

The services provided by the Company through the Site include the following.

1. Introduction to the Company and its business

2. Provision of project, technology, content, and other related information

3. Receipt of inquiries, partnership requests, or other contact submissions

4. Receipt of job applications

5. Other services determined by the Company

The Company may change all or part of the services provided on the Site if necessary for operational or technical reasons.

Article 5 Provision and Suspension of Services

Unless there are special circumstances, the Company shall endeavor to make the Site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Company may temporarily limit or suspend all or part of the services in the event of system inspection, server expansion or replacement, communication failure, natural disaster, or other operational or technical necessity.

In such cases, the Company will endeavor to provide prior notice on the Site. If prior notice is not possible, notice may be given afterward.

Article 6 Obligations of Users

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site.

1. Entering false information or using another person's information without authorization

2. Infringing the intellectual property rights, personal information, reputation, or other rights of the Company or any third party

3. Interfering with the operation of the Site or disrupting the normal provision of services

4. Causing technical harm through viruses, malicious code, automated programs, or similar means

5. Posting or transmitting content that violates applicable laws or public order and morals

6. Reproducing, distributing, using, or modifying information on the Site for commercial purposes without prior approval from the Company

7. Any other act that violates applicable laws or these Terms of Use

Article 7 Inquiries and Submission of Information

Users may submit information to the Company through the contact form, partnership inquiry form, or other input forms available on the Site.

Users must ensure that the information they submit is accurate and their own, and any disadvantage arising from false or inaccurate information shall be borne by the User.

The Company may review and respond to inquiries in the order received, and shall not be obligated to respond to every inquiry.

The processing of personal information related to inquiries shall be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 8 Job Applications

Users may review recruitment-related information and submit job application documents through the Site.

Applicants must ensure that all submitted information and documents are truthful and accurate.

If false statements, omissions, or unauthorized use of another person's information are identified, the Company may exclude the applicant from the recruitment process or cancel any hiring decision even after notification of acceptance.

Matters related to recruitment procedures, application review, retention period, and personal information processing shall be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy or separate recruitment notices.

The Company does not guarantee an individual response or recruitment progress for every submitted application.

Article 9 Management of Submitted Materials

Inquiries, applications, attachments, and other materials submitted through the Site shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.

Users must ensure that the materials they submit do not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the User.

The Company may, without prior notice, restrict access to, delete, or exclude from review any materials falling under any of the following cases.

1. Where the materials violate applicable laws or public order and morals

2. Where the materials infringe or are likely to infringe the rights of others

3. Where the materials contain false or misleading information

4. Where the materials are clearly inconsistent with the purpose of operating the Site

Article 10 Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the text, images, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, documents, content, and other materials posted on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful owner.

Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, display, broadcast, or create derivative works from the content of the Site without the prior written consent of the Company.

However, use is permitted where allowed by applicable law or separately approved by the Company.

Article 11 External Links

The Site may contain links to external websites or pages provided by third parties.

The Company does not control and is not responsible for the operation, content, accuracy, or security of any external site.

Users should review the terms and policies of any external site before using it.

Article 12 Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable where services cannot be provided due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, force majeure, communication network failure, system failure, or unlawful acts of third parties.

The Company shall not be liable for any action taken by Users in reliance on information or materials posted on the Site, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Information on the Site may be provided for general company introduction and reference purposes only, and shall not be interpreted as having legal effect to confirm any individual contract, investment, employment, technical application, or business arrangement.

The Company shall have no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between Users or between a User and a third party in connection with the use of the Site, and shall not be liable unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 13 Compensation for Damages

If a User causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms of Use or applicable laws, the User shall be liable to compensate the Company for such damage.

Article 14 Protection of Personal Information

The Company shall protect Users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and matters relating to the collection, use, retention, and destruction of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy separately posted on the Site.

Article 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use or the use of the Site shall be subject to the court of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms of Use shall take effect on April 1, 2026.
